Our services are tailored to meet individual needs and to promote independence. Services range from help a few hours a day to 24 hours per day / 7 days a week, depending on the needs of each individual.
We employ staff who have the required skills and experience and are person centred. We have a clear safer recruitment process and we ensure that all our staff go through an effective, robust induction programme. We ensure that we have sufficient number of staff with appropriate skill sets for the services we provide.
